1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Negative Restore ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Negative Restore only for lawful purposes. You must not:

  • Upload images that you do not own or do not have the right to use.
  • Upload material that is illegal, offensive, or infringes the intellectual property rights of third parties.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or abuse the Service or its infrastructure.
  • Use automated tools to submit large volumes of requests without prior written consent.

3. Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of any images you upload. By uploading an image, you grant Negative Restore a temporary, limited license to process the image solely for the purpose of providing the conversion service. This license expires when the image is deleted from our servers (within 2 hours of upload).

4. Service Availability

Negative Restore is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Negative Restore and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. This includes but is not limited to loss of data, loss of images, or any other loss resulting from the conversion process.

6. No Warranty

We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the quality, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose of the conversion results. Results may vary depending on the quality and condition of the original negative.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
